The hotel room was lovely but unfortunately it is not sound proofed so could hear every word the neighbouring room said. Our room was also on the Road so traffic was quite loud. Receptionist was lovely and helpful.

Great location to all the sights in Rome. The staff was very helpful and Shadi provided us great recommendations for dinner and sweet desserts (Mr 100 Tirimisu They also provided us breakfast early when we had an early morning tour at the Vatican. Our experience was wonderful!

A modern hotel in the heart of Rome, literally around the corner from the Italian Parliament with easy access to points of interest by foot. Our room was modern, clean and spacious with windows that minimized street noise intrusion. Access to restaurants and shopping was everywhere. The only 2 complaints are that the wine glasses in our room were not thoroughly washed showing dryed red wine residue. The other was a broken coffee maker in our room that leaked water however couldn't be replaced. The hotel staff made it right by offering us free coffees in the dining room/bar free of charge. Staff were also helpful in arranging our taxi from the hotel to the airport at a flat rate which was less than if I had booked it myself.

Stay was lovely, host on arrival was excellent very friendly, welcoming and informative...especially for food recommendations. Great location, we walked to all main atteactions. Clean room and tidied everyday however we were disappointed and shocked that the top of the beds head board had a thick layer -a centimetre layer- of dust. Seemed this had been completely overlooked which was was so offputting we cleaned it ourselves as it was the bed! Other than that we really enjoyed this hotel.

The staff was lousy with the exception of Chadri, one of the reception guys and Maria a part time waitress. The safe in the room did not work and it took three days to get it fix, some of the lights went out at night and construction was going on and there was dust all over.

Very convenient location, room was clean, bathroom was ok, hot water readily available and good AC. Elevator was very small, which made moving luggage difficult, would have been nice if there was someone available to help with luggage. Concierge was very helpful with fin ding us an Iliad store so we could purchase esims for our phones. Good overall.

This is not a 4 star hotel. This is a 3 star hotel . It’s the best western version of Europe . It’s ok, it’s close to everything but don’t expect much. Very old building. Rooms are solid but tiny . Not worth the rating or price maybe $150 a night
