No one showed us how to have heat in the room the first night. I asked for the converter to change and that also took a night to do as well. When I was asking some questions about the hotel and if I could get a taxi to get to the airport the next day, the front desk seemed bothered by my questions. Staff need to have a calmer demeanour.

The location, view, comfort, and friendly staff made my first stay in Italy wonderful. You can’t beat a beautiful view and close proximity to Rome’s main attractions. I highly recommend this place.

Excellence Suite was ideal. The facility was clean and well taken care of. I had a perfect room with a small balcony. And supplies were always replenished. The location is perfect - a short walk away from the top of the Spanish Steps and close to stores and transportation. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. The location was good— quiet side street right near restaurants, movie theater and stores a bock away. The front desk only had someone working at it during limited hours. I would have liked coverage around the clock. Also our room smelled like cigarette smoke at 6am.

Centrally located and within walking distance to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, etc. Very close to subway, making travel to Vatican City super easy as well. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Good location. Room is clean and staff was friendly. The only problem was that the hotel staff insisted that we needed to pay more for the local tax portion for our hotel stay than what the original bill through Expedia showed. Note that we stayed at three different hotels in Italy on this trip. This was the only hotel that charged us more than what our reservation shows. Although it was not a lot, we had two rooms so it added up a little.

The room was cold and no instructions in the room on how to turn on the heater. We asked one of the staff but didn’t show how to. Kevin one of the staff/ receptionist was excellent. Answering questions and emails in a timely manner. Help us how to navigate around and helped with our luggages. Unfortunately he has to go on vacation.

The name of the site says it all. Excellence. Awesome service, clean and very presentable room, comfy bed. Room was serviced daily which seems to be becoming more ususual these days. A comfortable walk to most tourist attractions. Would happily stay here again.
