Es una habitación estupenda, todo estuvo perfecto. Las atenciones de Paolo no tienen comparación, el mejor trato que hemos recibido de un anfitrión. Esta ubicado en una zona hermosa de la ciudad, muy tranquilo, ideal para relajarte. Sin duda alguna volveremos!!!

Un plutôt bon rapport qualité/prix

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits dans ce petit Bed & Breakfast. Le quartier est un peu excentré (1h à pied du centre) mais est très charmant, plus calme, assez chic et agréable avec de beaux immeubles dotés de belles cours intérieures pleines de verdure. Le métro est à 5-10 minutes de marche et il y a de nombreux bus à proximité. La chambre était tout a fait correcte, propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner se fait entre 8h et 10h. Paolo est très sympathique, accueillant et serviable. Il nous a donné de nombreux conseils et de bonnes adresses. Voici les quelques points négatifs: - Taxe de séjour : nous n'étions pas au courant de cette taxe qui nous a été facturée 3.5 euros / personne et par nuit. - Taxe de nuit : 5 euros par heure après 20h. - Dépôt de bagage payant : première heure gratuite puis 3 euros par bagage par heure. En sommes, nous avions choisi cet établissement pour son faible coût mais nous avons dû ajouter 53 euros pour tous les frais supplémentaires mentionnés ci-dessus. En outre, le petit déjeuner est très basique : biscotte, thé/café, pâtisseries de supermarché sous plastique.
