Our trip was great and the hotel staff kept everything super clean. The only negative which isn't really a negative more of just a preference is that the doors to the street didn't block sounds at all so we were sable to hear sirens and honks all throughout the night.

The property has a lot of charm and is located next to the Tiber river. The breakfast room has an excellent view on the 5th floor and includes two small outside tables.. very nice!! The elevator is equally charming with a gate door! Room was a good size and very modern. The area can be a little loud at night for a few hours with traffic (keeping in mind we did stay on the weekend). Staff were very nice and accomodating!

I felt like I’d been had when we arrived. The property looked nothing like the pictures. I was extremely disappointed. Also, when we arrived after 10 pm after traveling for more than 12 hours we were told no water in the facility. We couldn’t get water until the next day at night time. Zero compensation. Zero apologies. I felt bad for the front desk staff having to explain to everyone. No, we will never stay here again.

The room was clean and attractive. BUT there was so much noise coming from the floors above. For hours--slamming doors, loud voices, sounds of moving furniture. I was exhausted from a long trip and had a hard time, even with earplugs.

The hotel is within a walking distance to all attractions. A grocery store is nearby. Nice coffee shops on the way to the attractions. A safe area. An iron can be borrowed from the reception as there was none in the room. Friendly staff.
