Loved the balcony and the view. Hotel was in a great location making it easy to walk to everything. Transportation was nearby. AC broke in the middle of our stay and staff immediately started troubleshooting and provided alternate solutions until it was fixed.

We came 5 hours prior check in, of course, our room was not ready. Thanks to front desk, we didn’t have to wait so long, they arranged to clean our room within one hour. Room and bathroom were very spacious. Clean and smelled very good. Location is amazing, lots of good restaurants around, within walking distance to Villa Borghese, Spanish Steps and DeTrevi. Good value for your money.

The hotel was very clean and updated. It was in a great spot to walk to many of the attractions. The gentleman working the front desk when we arrived was incredibly helpful. Our only complain is that it was advertised as having air conditioning. However the coolest that it would get was 75 degrees. They did bring us a fan, however it was not powerful. It was still warm and humid outside, so it was warm and humid inside. They shouldn’t advertise that they have air conditioning. Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms and hotel were nice. Complimentary breakfast was decent for what it was.

We stayed for 4 nights for our honeymoon and this hotel was very luxurious, hotel staff extremely friendly and polite. We stayed in the Panoramic Suite and it was beautiful, the balcony, main room and bathroom were enormous, just like hotel website video. I had looked at a few places before booking but nothing this luxurious or spacious for the same price. If you don’t mind a 5-10 minute walk, which we didn’t, it’s perfect. 10 minute walk from shops and Trevi Fountain. 20 minute drive from most places to visit in Rome. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest but other than that we absolutely loved this hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights. We decided to splurge and get their upgraded room. We were amazed by what we received. Oversized room, with a huge balcony, his and hers clothes drawers. Love the lightning in the room, tv in the mirror in the bathroom with a walk in shower and separate bath tub for soaking after a long day of touring rome. I highly recommend this hotel. They also provided us with a complimentary bottle of champagne.

Not Air Conditioned

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are huge for a city like Rome. The air conditioning was not working for our entire stay and it was HOT! If the staff had admitted it wasn’t working and given us a fan the first night I’d have been less upset. Given that they have fans, I suspect that this happens a lot. Even with the windows open our room stayed above 26 C and it was pretty much unbearable. I appreciate that they gave us a small discount, but it was a really miserable stay.
