Great location, just a few minutes walk from Vatican and the river, but quiet enough to be away from the busy areas. A good sized family room for a city, very clean and with everything we needed. Luca provided excellent detailed instructions on how to find the place and check in, as well as providing fresh croissants every morning!

The location was superb. It was very near the Vatican and other tourist places. Luca arranged for our pick up and drop off at the airport. We had fresh towels everyday and croissants, coffee and tea was available everyday.

The room was clean but too small. The most annoying thing was the 2 twin bed put together, it kept moving the which leads to a big hole in between our bed. There was also a hammering noise above us very early in the morning. Aside from that everything else was ok. There is coffee refill everyday, our room is also clean daily. Owner communicate well and promptly.
