Staff was pleasant. Room was clean. 10-15 min walk to St Peter's square and the Vatican Musèums. Reception area had several room scent diffusers in use as did our room. This did not bother us, but maybe a concern for someone with smell sensitivity or allergies. We reserved a 3 night stay. First 2 nights went well. Third night when returning from dinner we noted a very strong sewer smell in room. The room was clean and we could not tell source of smell as outdoor air was non-odorous and it did not seem to be coming from the bathroom. We notified hotel staff and chose to check out immediately as there was not another room available. Hopefully the issue is already resolved or will be soon. Staff were appropriately concerned about issue.

Gino was very informative and very helpful. Property is a 15 minutes walk to the Vatican, and even closer to the bus and train station. We walked everywhere from this property. Everything was excellent. Only the shower could be improved.
