Mezzanine apartment of 50 sqm on the 4th floor of an ancient building with lift. It is located in the heart of Rome, near some of the most beautiful and important monuments of Rome: the Spanish Steps, the Pincio, Trinità dei Monti, Piazza del Popolo, the Trevi Fountain. Nearby many monuments, museums, attractions and the most important streets of the city. It consists of a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, and a dining area with a table for 4 people, a fully equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area (30 m²) the bedroom which has a double bed, a single ottoman bed, and the bathroom with shower decorated with shells.
It is equipped with washing machine, TV, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave oven, espresso coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, fan, independent heating, CD player, CD, books, Internet access with cable and WIFI.
Towels and bed linen are provided and included in the final price.
