The first room I checked into on the "terrace" level (ie basement) was really damp, with mold growing in the shower and a horrible smell in the bathroom in general. To their credit, they quickly moved me to a new room on the first floor. No smell but still mold in the bathroom. Needs some attention.

Our room was on level T, for terrace. It was a basement. There was no terrace. We joked with other guests about level T. You had to go “down” on the elevator. 🙄 Staff were great, so we didn’t complain but, I think they should be more updront about their accommodations.

The hotel was very pretty from the exterior in a good, convenient location. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a slow moving drain in the sink and the carpets needed a good cleaning.

It seemed like a nice area - I was in town for a family function and unfortunately did not get to take advantage of many of the hotel amenities. I was early and room was not ready and that was okay but when I was told I would get a text or call when the room was ready; I never did receive that. So I did not attend a later family function as I wanted to get back and check in and get my belongings to the room before it was dark. I did not want to lose the room as I have heard of this happening - not here but other places. I do not use the app. so calling or text is a must for me. The short stay was good. Very quiet in room area. The room was furnished nicely, clean, toiletries provided and used by me. Breakfast was good - a lot of options. Liked that coffee was available at all times. Easy check out.
