The staff was so friendly. Kate was really nice when I checked in late Monday. The bartenders were all great. The room was clean. Food at the bar was good. Only complaint: the pillows on the bed weren't great. Could have a little more variety on firm vs. soft.

While the room was clean, it desperately needs maintenance. Wallpaper was peeling at every seam and paint was peeling. The shower had grout issues that have nothing to do with cleanliness and everything to do with proper installation and maintenance. The toilet wasn’t bolted properly either.

The room was spotless and well-stocked. The staff was very friendly. I am amazed that this has been the BEST Hilton Garden Inn that I've stayed at....much better than the one at BWI airport, Solomons Is MD, and Virginia Beach VA. A large and reasonable fitness room, a warm pool area with a hot tub that operates. quiet rooms, and plenty of parking.
