It’s a Motel 6. You get what you get. Front desk service was very good but inconsistent— one was extremely helpful when I had to change my plans, while another could barely speak English. Room was quite clean but the floor was sticky when I took my socks off. You know, what you expect from a Motel 6.

Very bad and very deceiving

This place isnt what was advertised. This place didnt even have an elevator. The outside doors didnt even have a lock, they were broken. The room smelled like stale cigarettes and dirty butt. The floor was dirty ,had to where our shoes. The sink was broken. there was no screen in the window and we were on the 2nd floor. Also the bathrooms were disgusting we had to wear flip flops to take a shower. They sheets were also dirty, we had to go buy sheets and a cover to use the bed. I've never had a bad experience with hotels.com but this hotel is very deceiving.Also wasnt told that I had to pay a deposit until I got there.Was told it was a set price and thats all I was expected to pay.

Love the staffs friendliness very attentive and happy to help gave us details about the area and all the options we had around to go eat. Didnt like that the rooms smelled like Marijuana even tho it said no smoke. Didn't like that they didnt have elevator. It was hard getting our luggage up the stairs. Overall the staff was what really made us stayed. They need a bonuses

This place is absolutely horrible. Upon arrival the young lady at the desk was very rude. I arrived a little less than 1 hour before 3pm check in time and she started by telling me there was a fee for early check in, I asked how much and she first said $10 then said $30!!! Also it’s $100 deposit fee !!!Made it to room. I’d be better off sleeping outside. Its dirty run down door barely closes. Walls are filthy everything is so rundown and old. If I didn’t have a very early flight and no ride I would have walked out. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I had a total of 4 rooms for me and my team. All Rooms were dirty upon arrival. outlets not functional or burned. Door locks very wiggly and unsafe (if you’re a female alone don’t go here). Showers dirty and moldy. Furniture dirty and sticky. Floor not mopped, dirty sheets, dirty sink. Shower curtains have not been washed in years. Service is terrible, when asked for refrigerator to be exchanged because it wasn’t working and my food would go bad, they took two days and when arrived they came with an attitude to make the change. They said they give housekeeping service every 3rd day but they didn’t, when we asked for towels, clean sheets etc so we could clean the rooms ourselves they responded rudely and barely gave us any supplies or they didn’t have any. You can’t get clean towels or clean sheets throughout your stay and you will NOT get your room cleaned.

Not worth the fee and not worth the stay .

It was so bad the room was dirty the back to the TV remote was missing the conners of the floors where so dirty it was a smoking room but still dirty burn marks in every thing toilet paper holder almost off the walls the room smelled like mildew and the heating / cooling system smelled bad as well there was something down inside where the air comes out looked like unpoped pop corn . I get there was a fee for checking in early only 10.00 not so bad but then on top of it a 100 dollar deposit.

They gave us sheets with blood on them, like someone had a period on the sheets and then we found illegal substances in the drawer. It was a smoking room so I thought it was an ashtray but I picked it up and there was a razor, a straw and some white powder on a paper plate. Someone also tried to break into our room. Very scary, we have unlocked a whole new trauma do not stay here I’m not making this up I really wish I was..

The place is rundown. Across the hall was 2 rooms of young men who were loud and in and out of room and in hallway being roudy. TV did not work in the room. Shower curtain did not stay closed during the shower.
