The hotel is quiet, well kept. The kids had fun at the pool. The reception staff was very nice and gave us the information for our stay. The beds in our rooms were very high for our liking. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities needed.

Excellent customer service

My wife and i went for the first time in 2023. We had a great experience. We went back this year and also had a great experience. We had an issue with the room, it was too small for my wife and i. We spoke to Gabriella ( the person who works at the front desk) and informed her of our concerns. She immediately fixed the issue by changing our room with no extra charge. The customer service is excellent and the location of lazy parrot is perfect . Its close to the town. the town has a lot of activities. Thank you for the great experience

Well the first room we got the beds(mattresses) were super high. The remote for room (fan) did not work. The window AC was very loud. That was room # 6 but room 203 was excellent
