The second room has 2 bunk beds with ceiling fans and a/c. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining and living room have ceiling fan. It is walking distance to beach. A short driving distance to the best surfing spot in Rincon, restaurants, tourist attraction. Just 10 miles from theater and shopping mall.

Great outdoor area, but major comfort issuesWe loved the pool and the outdoor space — really beautiful and relaxing. The beach nearby is quiet and easily walkable, and the beds were comfortable.What we didn’t like:– Noise! The bedrooms have no glass windows, only screens, which is apparently common in Puerto Rico, but this absolutely needs to be disclosed in the listing. After the first night we wanted to leave. Roosters, barking dogs, and neighbor noise made it very hard to sleep. Earplugs and white noise helped, but it was still challenging.– Trailer park behind the fence: less than 2 meters from the house. On 7 out of our 9 nights there were people there in the evenings — talking, singing, hanging out until around 11 pm. Not extremely loud, but because they are right behind the mesh fence, it feels like they’re in your yard.– Cleanliness: the kitchen has everything you need and the outdoor grill was great, but the kitchen and floors need a deep cleaning. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, and this was by far the dirtiest kitchen we’ve encountered.

We had a wonderful time at this house in Rincon. It was well-equipped with towels and other useful supplies. The pool was fantastic. It was nice being a short walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to Rincon. There were tons of roosters in the neighborhood, so you may consider earplugs for sleeping. The host was helpful and responded quickly to the few questions we had. Thank you for making this a memorable visit!

We loved our stay but not without reservation. Once you got used to the rooster crowing in your bedroom windows and all the dogs barking this was a great relaxing place to unwind. Quiet road, lovely walk to the beach. Somehow we missed the description that the 2nd bathroom was outside and gave up our king size bed requirement because of the two bathrooms. Well the outside bath was filthy, had cockroaches and was used as a closet with all of the cleaning supplies. Nothing more than an outside toilet and that was upsetting. TV- not sure why there isn’t one but I guess it’s because there is no actual couch. The living room is patio furniture. We also expected to have a few more necessities when staying in a place for more than a week. Such as sandwich bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil. To our surprise the outdoor kitchen stove had propane but lacked BBQ briquettes. For us, if there was a king size bed we would come back again and enjoy the place because the pool and outdoor kitchen was where we spent 90% of our time anyways. We highly recommend but just know exactly what you are getting. All of this is why I gave it 4 stars

Nice getaway!

Loved the outside kitchen and private pool. The property is tucked away on a very private road in the back of neighborhood. Minutes away from shopping. Took a short 5 minute drive and a little time to figure out how to get to the beach but was well worth it. We were the only ones there! Very private. No food vendors. So pack up a cooler. The iguanas in the large mango tree payed us a visit and went for a swim in the pool! I fished him out with the net and he went on his way. Our only complaint is the living room furniture needs to be more comfortable. Also, the bedrooms are kind of tight because of the bunk beds. if you have kids there is no tv.

Another wonderful year here!

This is our second year here and we love it! We’ve been coming to Rincon for 15 years and love the area! Both the indoor and outdoor area at the house are wonderful with shade built in! The owner provides all the basics (which is not standard)!!!! You can show up and get straight to fun!! We’ll be back again next year!

Beautiful comfortable home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient and the furnishings were very comfortable. The pool and outdoor area were especially beautiful and relaxing. The property itself was difficult to find at first due to the street map in Waze was out of date for the road that the property was on, but once we found it we were very pleased. We would definitely recommend this property to others and look forward to returning in the future.

The home was absolutely beautiful

This beautiful home surpassed all of our expectations not only was it just as described it was even nicer. The house was impeccably, clean, very well appointed with all the amenities mentioned in the listing. We took advantage of the outdoor kitchen and barbecued a couple of nights we were there, my wife worked remotely by the pool, and head no troubles with Wi-Fi anywhere in the house.the Area of Rincon had so many beautiful restaurants overlooking the water, it was very impressive. I would like to think the host for his hospitality.

Great spot, would absolutely return

We've stayed in the Stella area before so wanted to stay there again. We had a great time at Casita Tres Mares - we walked around the neighborhood, to the nearby beaches, drove to some farther beaches, and didn't mind at all staying in and just reading/doing puzzles on the two rainy days. The house was well-stocked on soap/shampoo/paper towels/towels, and we cooked a few nights. It was nice to have the pool for swimming since the surf was too rough even at Los Almendros when we were there. Comfortable beds, and I absolutely loved relaxing in the hammocks.

Simply Great!

We rented the unit for nine nights. Had a fantastic time during our stay. The pool area is awesome. We spent hours on it enjoying the beautiful Rincon weather. The house is spacious. We were a party of three and had plenty of space. There is one bathroom in the main unit. The second one is by the pool area. The outdoor kitchen is a plus. We didnt use the grill area but it was clean and had all the needed utensils for a nice cookout. The beach is just a short walk away and the sunsets are beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. We contacted Carlo once and he responded right away. Great communication!

Great Pool

Pool area is amazing, my family really enjoyed hanging together outside. Location is easy to get to and it's close to everything you need. If you're in Rincon on Thursday's don't forget to visit the Art Walk.

This was a nice place to stay for what we did. Pool was great but we were out exploring mostly. Loved the outdoor kitchen. It’s in a compact neighborhood. There weren’t a lot of people around when we were there so that wasn’t an issue. However, if we were there when the homes around us were full, it may have been hectic. Lots of cat fights and chickens making noise all night. We didn’t mind it. It was part of the experience. But if you can’t sleep with a bunch of noise, I suggest having something to drown it out. All in all, we were pleased with our choice with not knowing the area when we booked this.

Stella neighborhood of Rincon

Could not have been a better stay, the pool and full outdoor kitchen were amazing and the short walk to the neighborhood beach offered beautiful happy hour sunsets each night. Easy access to groceries and a plethora of restaurants in walking distance. The home interior was really relaxed and comfortable with everything you'll need. Can't wait to get back here.

Hidden Gem

While this is not my first stay in PR, as my family lives here, it was the first time my boyfriend has visited the island, and I cannot express how happy we were with our stay. The house is just as pictured, and the outdoor pool and cabana are such a relaxing retreat. We spent our entire week lounging by the pool and cooking on the grill. The lights strung around the backyard make it feel like your own little island retreat. The house is stocked with all the necessities, which was lovely as we spent most of our time there. We did walk down to the beach, which was amazing and secluded. And we also found some great restaurants like Cowboys Outdoor Grill, which you must try. The neighbors were so pleasant. They always spoke and waved. We just felt like we were home! On a side note, we had reserved a week back in 2020 with Carlo, but unfortunately, PR shut down due to COVID, and we could not visit. I kept telling myself that as soon as we got past all this mess, I was going to rebook, and I sure did. Best vacation ever, thank you!
