This comfortable vacation home has had rave reviews for its 15 year history. A great property for family reunions, it has two separate, fully equipped villas in an enclosed garden with a 14 X 28 ft. pool for only one guest and family. There are lots of places to sit, read, visit, eat and barbecue. The upstairs villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large beach view balcony. The villa downstairs, is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom separate apartment opening to the lanai and pool area with A/C in the bedroom only.
EditCorcega beach is one of the best swimming beaches on the Caribbean side of Rincon. The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood only a short drive to the more action packed surfers side of our town with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

About Rincon: Rincon has 3 distinct areas, Puntas, the downtown Plaza and South Rincon, which includes Anasco. Beachside Villas is located south of the plaza near Corcega Beach. Puntas is where the surfing beaches are located and also where the younger crowd tend to congregate. Corcega is more of a family area, as the beach is much more swimmer-friendly. Hopefully this information will help you decide where you want to stay.

About Beachside Villas: Beachside Villas is a family-owned guest house that is perfectly suited for large family vacations. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, just steps from one of the best swimming beaches in Rincon, Corcega Beach. The private pool has a large sitting area or lanai where the whole family can enjoy being together outdoors. Even more impressive to some of our past guests is the separation and privacy that the 2 levels can offer. Theres always a place to get away for a few moments of rest or time with a good book. Beautiful house and location!

Great location with ocean view and beach right next to house. Pool was great and had ample lounge chairs and plenty of sun and shade options. So nice that beach chairs and umbrellas were also available! Would definitely stay here again!

Triple your expectations

We stayed at Beachside Villas for 5 nights last week and it could not have been better. We were a group of 6: my family of 4 (including two boys 9 & 13) and my in-laws. They arrived a little before us and when I asked how the house was my mother-in-law said "triple your expectations." She was right.The photos simply do not do this place justice. The downstairs apartment's living room and kitchen have been fully remodeled as has the upstairs kitchen and all of the railings on the balcony. The house had anything you could want or need. The kids loved the pool and were very happy to have a large TV so they were able to watch sports, and the adults enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. But the best part is really the proximity to the beach. It is right out the side gate and the owners have provided umbrellas, chairs, coolers, boogie boards--anything you need for the beach. The beach is very special--it almost felt like a private beach. On the management they could not have been nicer. We had a power outage and Earnest was over within 5 minutes helping get the generator going and then came back when the power came back on (less than an hour later) to help turn it off.The only complaint we had was that we wish we could have stayed one more day.

Wonderful family retreat

Great location, steps from the beach. Pool was very clean and lots of toys available. House is updated, clean, well stocked with just about everything you’d need. Outdoor shower is really nice to rinse off the sand too. The lower level apartment worked really well for grandparents to have their own space. Would highly recommend this property.

Great to revisit an old friend

We enjoyed the visit immensely and it was our 2nd stay there. The upgrades to the kitchen and master bedroom shutters are a huge improvement. Recommend for folks looking for a swimming beach vs the surfing beach. Roll out the door for a dip and then drive down for a surf session later.

I am so glad we chose this house to stay at for our vacation. The property was very clean and comfortable. The fact that it had a pool and was only steps from the beach was great. The kids had so much fun. The owners were very thoughtful and gracious.

Excellent clean and well appointed property. Lots of living space. Living rooms, Kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms all excellent and more than appropriate for an entire family. Nice pool and just steps away frm the beach. Will definately stay there again. Host was always available and are extremely professional and helpful. Great place to stay in Rincon, Puerto Rico

Acceptable but....

The house was just as I expected. However, after having been here 3 other times, it sadden me to see little improvement on the simple things - facade of doors, hard to open blinds, lighting... Looking forward to future visits.

Perfect location for our family! Our host was very responsive and helpful. Roosters were funny and didn't bother us at all. so many places to sit around pool and every pool toy, a person could desire. My only suggestion would be to get a bigger dish rack as there is not dishwasher. We had 6 adults and two kids, so lots of dishes to wash. Having the apartment downstairs by the pool was an added bonus! Overall, we had a wonderful vacation andI would rate our stay a 10!

Best house and location in the area!

This was our first vacation with our young children and we were a bit nervous about how it would go. Within minutes of arrival they were running around joyfully on the beautiful beach that was only 30 seconds from the property (beachfront) and felt private because of the quiet neighborhood. From then on we alternated from the beach and incredible pool for 5 amazing days. The house was clean and incredibly comfortable. We slept as well as we do at home on the great beds. It’s conveniently located to all the attractions of Rincón, but other than sneaking out to surf or pick up some great food there was really no reason to leave. My only complaint is to myself for not booking a longer stay. We hope to come back soon and I couldn’t recommend more to families or anyone looking for a incredible time in beautiful Rincón!

Perfect!

We stayed three nights and could have made it much longer! Great location. Wonderful amenities. Quick response to questions. Past guests have mentioned the abandoned buildings in front, but did not cause much trouble. Cannot get any closer to the beach and having the clean pool was spectacular! Utilized the grill and spent some great quality time together! Did the roosters wake us- you bet! But we are laughing about it! Would totally recommend to families!!

Great Place

This place was perfect for our first time in Puerto Rico. We had a couple and our family of 4. The couple stayed on first floor that had one bedroom and their own kitchen and bath and our family stayed on second floor. The place was clean and had everything we needed and we loved the pool area. Perfect for everyone in the pool and sitting area right there. We enjoyed the basketball hoop by the pool and were just steps away from the beach. There was restaurants and grocery store very near. The place seems pretty private with trees and shrubs on the fence line. It was great!!

Had a good week once the rain stopped. Loved the pool and that whole area. Well equiped kitchen Host was super responsive. The roosters are relentless. Bring earplugs! Disappointed that we looked out on abandoned and damaged homes. The beach area is reduced a small sitting area.

Wonderful Stay in Rincon

We were a group of 8 (including one 11 year old) and we loved staying at this property. The property was even nicer than in the pictures. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out inside and outside. We loved all of the outdoor spaces and this is where we spent most of our time. There are lots of lounge chairs, an outdoor couch, outdoor patio table and so there is no shortage of places to relax outside. Both the pool and house were very clean. The beach is right next door to the house and it takes about 30 seconds to walk from the house to the beach. The water at the beach is warm, calm, clear and great to swim in. We loved that you could watch the sunset from the beach or from the upper porch. The house is in a neighborhood with roosters, so bring earplugs if that will bother you. It didn't bother any of us. The property manager was quick to respond when we had a question about the gate. We loved our stay here and would stay here again!

Wonderful house

The house was perfect for our family. Lots of space to move around, close to a quiet beach. The view was a little messed up with the destroyed homes blocking the ocean. It was sad to see them like that.

Welcoming

This place was perfect to get away it met all of our expectations and more. Earnest was so kind and considerate and went out of his way to ensure we felt comfortable and welcome in his home having peace of mind as well as telling us about events nearby. The beach is beautiful with clear sand and the pool was clean and amazing it was definitely fun and relaxing. The property is very spacious, clean and well maintained . A fabulous house and pool

We are a family of 5, with three children ages 11,8,7. The house was fabulously clean and tidy. The pool was a hit. The location was about 10 mins out of downtown Rincon, which was perfect for us because of the peace and quiet. There is a small beach across the road from the house and there are beach umbrellas and beach chairs to use. The house has lots of outdoor seating areas which was perfect. The house has a separate one bedroom self contained apartment downstairs that we used as well. Because Puerto Rican’s love chickens there are a few Roasters roaming about and they started crowing about 6:30am ish. So pack ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. This is not a negative on the house, just a fyi. Colleen was a fabulous host. We had a power outage one day and she reached out to ask if we wanted her to come and start the generator.

Beautiful property, awesome pool

My family and I stayed her for 4 days during our stay in PR. Communication with Colleen was easy, she was timely when responding to my questions. The home is beautiful, steps away from the beach. Pictures are accurate. Only issues, which were minimal, were the power went out the night we arrived, and one of the televisions did not work, and no one came to fix it. Otherwise I would definitely return!

We loved staying here. It was a first family vacation for a group of food lovers. I was not expecting the house to be so well stocked, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean. Wonderful!

My husband and I took our three children, ranging from 1 yrs old to 13 yrs old, as well as both sets of in-laws to Puerto Rico for a family vacation. Ernest was an amazing host and was cery easy to get in touch with. The house accomodated us all perfectly and was very clean. I appreciate the many water toys and laundry detergent that was available. You can see the beach from the balcony and hear the waves crashing through any open window in the house. It truly was a perfect stay. I will definitely recommend this spot to others.
