Great staff, clean room with all necessities, no frills but highly functional. There is a ton of shopping and dining super close, including a mall. If I was going to downtown Richmond I would stay elsewhere, but closer. Again , friendly staff, clean, and a very quiet room on a Friday night!

Front desk was very nice. Ask for hair dryer before you shower. They are not in the room. It was clean, and not a bad location for dinner if you are working.
