I checked in and was given a cold welcome. Then when I went up to the room I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. When I turned on the bathroom light cockroaches started coming out and crawling up the walls. There was blood on the floor and the bed quilts were filthy. When I picked up the phone to call downstairs I dropped the phone from how dirty it was. Terrible!!!!
