This is a great hotel. It was clean, quiet, convenient, and the staff was pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. I will return next time I am visiting the LDS Temple. A microwave in the room would be a huge bonus. Breakfast was minimal. I stayed at a cheaper hotel on the next leg of my trip and the breakfast was much better. I was in a handicapped room and I loved it, but I did wonder why the shower curtain didn't come anywhere near reaching the floor?

Fair to medium. Have stayed in more upscale hotels. Shower had a very slight funk. Some curly pubic (assuming) hairs on mattress pad.. yuck city. Was checking for bed bugs. Thank goodness none of those.

Finally when the stars match the quality

Finally a decent hotel in Virginia for a great price. The pool was immaculate. The rooms were clean. The hotel staff were normal and super nice ladies. We travel south a few times a year from New York and it’s hard to find a decent hotel in Virginia where the star ratings actually match the quality of the hotel. Other hotels have good ratings but when you get there it’s in shambles with dirty pools and moldy bathrooms. Not this hotel. I finally have a perfect half way point from NY to South Carolina

Check in was great. W couldnt get in the pool the next morning, which was the purpose of the trip for my 13 yo. front desk was supposed to call once we could, never did, i had to end up calling down there, which led to the purpose of the trip not being fulfilled
