Overrated

Room was decently clean, but had a bad odor that never went away. The walls are poorly insulated as i clearly heard my neighbors all night. The breakfast appeared pleasant, but the sausage was cold, not lukewarm, cold. Staff was helpful and friendly, but I've never stayed anywhere again because the staff was so nice to me. I want a clean, quiet room with everything working as it should. Hotels.com has them as "excellent" in their review average. This was not my experience by a long shot.

Deferred maintenance outside, looks like a bad area and parking lot was rough tight. Breakfast was good with more than normal options. Small room- ended up with a full sized bed, I’m spoiled I sleep in a king with my husband. If only me that wouldn’t be an issue.

Worst place I’ve stay at carpet was so dirty didn’t take my shoes off or use the bath room there was no other place in town available so I slept on top of bed with my pillow and blankets

Took her 10 minutes to come to the desk, I called the phone to get a reaction. No I did not want a lollipop while I waited, thank you anyway. The toilet got backed up,, so in the morning I apologized about it. The coffee was not very good, looked over breakfast selection and took a pass. I’m over all the breakfast offerings at any of these mid level roadside motels. I did get a good sleep, the mattress was comfortable.
