This was my first hostel! Defiently felt safe as a female solo traveller in the all women's room, it was clean, the staff were helpful, and it is just out of the downtown so its not SUPER busy but its defiently walkable (10 mins or less!) I 100% recommend this place.

I love the vibe of the lounge area. Our room was comfortable and clean. Staff members were super helpful. There was some minor confusion about where to catch the bus to the airport (changed due to construction), but it all worked out.

There was a kitchen on each floor, there was an elevator, and there was a laundry room if you need to do laundry (for a fee). The bathrooms should be checked regularly by the staff to ensure they are tidy and that toilet paper is replenished.

Room was clean, daily housekeeping for common areas. Was a little loud at times with the concrete floors, metal doors, & people coming & going at all hours. Even with shared bathroom space rarely had to wait in line for the facilities.

It was a multi-room hostel so expectations should be managed. Rooms were clean with lockers inside for your valuables. Great vibe in the place. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a few floors above the hostel entrance so constant chatter into the night was not ideal for early morning departure. That said, was an excellent hostel that I can easily recommend.
