Room was spotless, staff was helpful, location was superb and Breakfast was fresh and fabulous! My only complaint was that the WiFi was very weak at best. Other than that it was a great stay at Alda Hotel.

Highly recommend Alda hotel. Not only for their excellent location but the staff is amazing and very kind. Violeta was very informative prior to our trip about some accommodations for transportation until checkout. She was the sweetest and funniest person. The hotel has many amenities that makes this place an ideal destination hotel for me to return to every time I come back to visit. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay *and plenty of water to stay hydrated*

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was beatiful. I love that they gave you a phone. Violeta was very nice and very helpful. This is one Iceland's hidden gems. I could not asked for better service, room, or location. I will definitely be back!!!

Had a really good stay at the Alda Hotel. Staff were friendly & helpful. Food was excellent. The rooms were not well described when booking. We had booked a King Deluxe room with balcony, but what we had was a large room, with 2 single duvets on 2 beds pushed together & the balcony was a shared roof terrace, not what you imagine as a balcony, but this didn’t affect our stay! Position of the hotel is excellent for exploring Reykjavík. We would go back.
