No extra pillows??? Really??? That's a first!

MIght as well have stayed at Motel 6. Uncomfortable bed with poor quality pillows. Made worse by the fact that the hotel night desk clerk said they do not have extra pillows. Terrible night's sleep (or lack thereof). Morning desk clerk was very apologetic and said the hotel does offer extra pillows and not sure why none were offered. One of the managers did refund $20 as an apology. Sort of helped.

Traveling with a dog can be challenging, but this particular hotel made the experience easy. The establishment is located directly across the street from the Sparks Marina which was especially convenient in that regard as well. The front desk receptionist was kind, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean and looked exactly as advertised in the photos.

Very friendly staff. I observed a lot of cleaning including the exterior side of the windows, elevator walls and floors, and it was obvious that table surfaces and counters were cleaned regularly througout the day. I appreciate free parking, and even though I did not bring a pet, it is good knowing that my small dog is welcome next time I visit the area.
