I am writing to file a complaint and request compensation for a very disappointing hotel experience during our recent stay in Reno, Nevada, booked through Expedia. We reserved three double-queen rooms for two nights to accommodate 8 adults and 2 children, but at check-in, only one room matched the booking. The other two rooms had a single bed each and were on different floors, which was completely inconsistent with our reservation. The hotel initially offered air mattresses for these rooms—unacceptable given what we paid. After over 1.5 hours of discussions late at night, we finally received rollaway beds. The correct rooms were provided only the next day, causing major inconvenience and frustration after a long day of travel. We did not receive what we booked and paid for on the first night, and the situation caused significant discomfort. We therefore request compensation for the first night and the overall disruption caused by the hotel’s mishandling. Please review our reservation and resolve this promptly. I trust Expedia will ensure customers receive what they book and handle this matter fairly. Thank you for your attention.

We absolutely love the Atlantis we got 5-6 times per year. It's a short 2 hour drive so we do weekend stays often. The rooms are always clean, service and staff are amazing. But for the 3rd time in a row, the room was warm. The thermostat is set to the lowest setting (65°) and it says it's 68° in the room, but it's nowhere near that cool. Last time we called maintenance and they came in and said everything was working properly. I absolutely HATE sleeping on top of the covers because it's too warm. The thermostat is directly below the air vent, so it's always going to say it's colder than it really is. This alone may prevent us from returning as often. Our house is kept at 72-75° and it's MUCH cooler than the "65°" hotel room.

Great value for the money in a newly remodeled room. Excellent food choices. Carpet in hallway is still in progress but that is the only construction underway we saw and for that a discount compared to other properties is well worth it. Affordable luxury. Like Las Vegas of decades prior.
