Exceptional stay at Bluestone on George. Friendly, welcoming staff with rooms - clean, cozy, luxurious and bright. The location is an absolute winner too with shops, eateries and Otago University just down the road. Thank you for my wonderful stay. See you again! :)

The room at Bluestone on George is gorgeous! Lots of upgrades and higher quality materials all throughout the hotel. Walking distance to shops, cafes and the Otago campus. Only downside was the nightly helicopter hovering nearby that I assume was near a hospital…it was a busy weekend unfortunately.

We had such a lovely stay at Bluestone on George. It’s a little slice of luxury in a great location. We only stayed two nights but had everything we needed. Parking was also easy and convenient on the hotel grounds which is something that was important to us during our three week road trip. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location walking distance to downtown malls, restaurants, and the iconic train station. Rooms are large, immaculately clean, and had everything you could need including in-room laundry and jacuzzi. All this for a reasonable price.

The property was very clean, had stylish decor and lots of thoughtful amenities - such as a well-equipped kitchenette, washing machine and comfortable seating area.
