First floor room had chlorine and sewer smell. No pillows for the sofa bed. Were not provided on request due to policy. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Pillows on beds were half the size of a regular queen bed pillow. Very noisy. Furniture was being moved at 10:30 pm and then again continuously starting 5:30 am. So loud that even kids couldn’t sleep. Breakfast was very limited, cold, eggs were terrible. Not a pleasant experience overall.

I believe this hotel can improve everything…. Mostly cleanness. The gym área was unusable due to the horrible smell. When I took it to the attention of the front desk they said it was Clorox ..kkkkk… Clorox, although unpleasant to some people, smells clean. Definitely the front desk person want willing to address my concerns. The room I stayed at, #512, was less than clean. Actually, while playing with my dog on the floor I found a crock sandal and an earring under the bed. I don’t know for how long it has been there and I am sure it wasn’t mine. I got to the hotel before 6:00 pm and, at the entrance door, there was mud, water and dry leaves that continued there until 8:00 am the next day.

I was very disappointed with my stay. When I opened the refrigerator, I found a bitten apple that looked like it had been there for weeks. The corridor had a strong chlorine smell, and the gym had a stale, stuffy odor. After seeing the pool room, I didn’t even want to use it. The worst part was at night: a minute after we turned the lights off, a large outdoor cockroach landed on my daughter’s leg. We were screaming and jumping, and eventually found it and killed it. It was disgusting, and we were honestly afraid to sleep after that. I will not be coming back to this hotel.
