Clean (but smaller than expected) room, staff friendly, and allowed me to store bags for the day while I attended a conference. Access to parking at State Library was very handy. Very "hipster" area with lots of eating opportunities around.

have stayed before and enjoyed it better previously. This time, plenty of staff but they seem pre-occupied with computers at front desk & bar staff more interested in polishing glassware to avoid customers at bar - unfortunately the experience was so much less customer focused than a previous visit. Go check out the service at IHG and get some tips!

Breakfast buffet was good. Lots of choices. But beds had no doona covers on. Mold in the bathroom and toilet roll bracket was broken. Frankly bathrokms can do with an update.
