The room (which we received a free upgrade for) was very clean, and the staff very attentive. Breakfasts were superb for a continental one. The sound proofing was excellent, as was the choice of restaurants nearby. The only issue was that the shower while fully accessible, meant that water ran all over the floor. The toilet seat also needs to be replaced.

"Accommodation was good for a night, but the food in the restaurant was not good & service was pretty poor when we complained about a very tasteless (and colourless) pumpkin soup, that tasted more like salted water a pumpkin may have been boiled up in - it really was terrible.
