Hi There is no sewer works going on in our property, it is on the road to and from town.The unit was freshly painted 1 month ago.Its has been occupied by three other lots of guests without a mention of fumes.We are sorry the road works and paint smell was annoying to you.We hope you enjoyed the facilities in the unit and our magnificent gardens and proximity to the beach and surrounding attractions
