the heating was good especially the floor in bathroom. But generally the room had a tired look. the kitchen cabinetry was showing the age of the units by beginning to delaminate.

Staff failed to communicate with us after discovering food items had disappeared from our cupboard which we discovered when we were back home. Only answered emails when pressed and never got back to us or rectified the issue

gas fire in lounge. Did not like the access down to the car parks. Always kept my fingers crossed that we did not meet any vehicles coming down or up. Should have lights red or green like the Boulcott Suites in Wellington. With that system you would only have 1 vehicle going up or down

The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 14:00. We had to wait until 15:00 to check-in. Daily room servicing wasn't completed until 17:00. On day 3 I asked for the room to be vacuumed and when I returned it hadn't been done and never did in the 6 days that I stayed there. The staff were friendly.
