This property is located just minutes drive from Queenstown and offers stunning lake and mountain views which can be enjoyed from your very own spa pool.
The top level of this property consists of an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and deck. The master bedroom is also located on this level with ensuite bathroom and private access to the deck.
The bottom level consists of 2 bedrooms, the main bathroom and a self contained studio with bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette.
The spacious outdoor area offers a dining area with BBQ, a private heated spa pool and the most stunning views over Goldfield Heights, Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain range.
Soak up the sunshine in summer or relax and unwind in the spa pool after a day on the slopes in winter. A great place for a group of friends or a family getaway.

Our family holiday home is managed exclusively by Harcourts Holiday Homes and means that they are able to ensure everything in our home is kept up to the highest standards, and while they operate NZ office hours, they are always available to send the appropriate person around to ensure any urgent problem is fixed immediately. Having access to emergency services such as plumbers and electricians, provide peace of mind to us, so that your stay will never be compromised.
Goldleaf Hill is best enjoyed with the use of a rental car. Whilst only five minutes drive into the centre of Queenstown, it enjoys such outstanding views because of its elevation - which means if you want to walk to and from town it would be between 30 and 40 minutes each way depending on if you`re going up or down the hill and your fitness level.
A Commercial Linen Package is included in the `Cleaning Fee` and includes sheets, towels, facecloths, bath mats and tea towels for your stay. Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.
Check in time: the property will be available from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival Check out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. Please return the key to the lock-box on check-out.

Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $40.00 plus gst per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ.
As our holiday homes are all non -serviced we provide complimentary consumables sufficient for the first 2 days of your stay such as toiletries, toilet paper and soap. The other condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.
RUBBISH - We kindly ask that you dispose of the rubbish correctly. If rubbish is found on your departure which is not in the correct bins provided, any disposal and sorting costs incurred will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking.
As residential homes you are asked to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. The number of occupants is as per the reservation and may not be increased without approval from Harcourts Property Management. Increased occupancy, excessive noise or illegal activity may result in penalty charges and eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid rental monies.
DAMAGES /NEGLIGENCE We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals.

Clean, basic accommodation in breathtaking spot
Place was clean and has amazing views.
The kitchen needs some attention to improve the experience, like decent pots/pans and utensils.
The furniture and audiovisual equipment are very old and this place can do with some financial input from owners.
We had issues with spa causing skin irritation due to chemicals. This was eventually sorted after 2 days with professional helpful rental agents. Storage of old spa chemicals need attention - not safe!

The property was in prime location for awesome views to watch the sunrise and sunset. The cleanliness and accuracy of listing was amazing! The only thing would be to have more utility’s for example: soap for hands, salt &pepper and more body wash shampoo etc. but other than that was it was amazing! Cosy, amazing views and spa!!!!
We booked this for our first visit to Queenstown in springtime.
Was a great place to stay and handy to everything.
Under 10 mins from airport, Remarkables Shopping Centre (Kmart, Rebel Sports, Countdown, Warehouse - with more opening soon), Towncentre (Restaurants, Bars, Cinemas, FergBurger - a must!).
Caught Uber's to and from the house with ease. Plenty of taxi's around.
The house was so cosy. The spa was amazing! House was super clean upon arrival. Heaters, carpet (nice and plush), heat pumps. Everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of it. No sky but wi-fi made up for it so we didn't miss the sports. High on the hill so the views were SPECTACULAR!!! Morning walks were good to get the heart going as well (obviously in the spring/summer months). We booked the whole house although it was just hubby and I. Lovely and romantic, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. No road noise. Nice and relaxed area.
Will happily return on our next visit to Queenstown.
