View from the room was amazing. Room was also pretty cute. Lovely owner and very welcoming. Just wished the TV in my room was working. It also got bit noisy at night because of the other guest family and kids but somehow I managed to get an ok sleep if not a beauty one. Overall it was a good experience.

Perfect little find wish we could stay longer

Absolutely fantastic I booked very last minute and everything was perfect the views were million dollar, breakfast was yummy and Peggy was the perfect host she even let me son play with some or her children’s toys!

Best b&b ever !

Nice lady host so clean. Even Toliet and bathroom has mountain and water views. So nice to stay enjoyed breakfast with so many choices. Location is great. Bus stop is 3 mins away and take u to town enter about 10mins and so close to everything.

Terrible hot & humid without any window screens

Wont advice anyone to spend any penny on this stay as its terrible experience unless u got no other option in Queenstown, there were good views from the room but too many bugs inside the room as no air cooler or anything provided to keep room cool it’s feels like in hell when it’s above 22c, also breaky wasn’t good at all regret & wats my $237 for a terrible night stay where u can’t even sleep & accompanied with lots of flies & bugs as no window screen to keep room cool u have to have them open never again

NYE Queenstown

We stayed on the busiest night of the year & the host went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. The house is in a perfect location with a priceless view over the lake towards the mountains! The breakfast spread in the morning had it all! Totally recommended
