Absolutely horrible experience. My bed was full of bedbugs, and the hotel’s only response was to offer me another room, no refund, no credit, nothing for the two nights I had already stayed and been exposed. I left feeling disgusted and anxious, carrying my things out in trash bags to avoid spreading the bugs. The way this situation was handled was unacceptable and shows a total lack of care for guests.
