The shower head had a leak spraying across the bathroom floor. Beds were dirty and room smelled. It was a place to stay and shower but definitely not a place I would select if I had other options.

This was a last minute booking and only stayed one night. The exterior of the property is fine and looks safe/quiet, plenty of parking. The issue is the bad smell in the room, it smells of moisture and mold, the worst smell was in the bathroom so I kept the door closed because it was very unpleasant and I wonder if it is even a health issue since if the mold smell is so strong perhaps people should not be breathing that in. The property is clearly old and needs some repairs. The room seemed clean otherwise, but the towels have seen better days. I also found a bar of soap stuck on top of the bathtub drain, not something I would expect to see if the bathtub was cleaned properly.
