The property is lovely. However my room with nice big patio was above the lobby batr and it does not shut down at 11 pm. It was very loud and noiisy until after 1 a.m. Right after checking in after a long yravel daytwo women stopped us as were going to the elevator. They wete selling something and when I strongly said I was not interested she continued to complain to my travel partner that we should be nicer. Not impressed..

Dishonest Staff- we had a Large amount of Cash 10G’s Stolen out of our room in a backpack. Before anyone comments on Room safes, they are as easy to break into as a pack back. I believe the Mini Fridge stocker did it . We noticed the zipper left open which we never do. Otherwise it was a good spot. We made a “report” but , nothing will happen , & the Sheraton did nothing for compensation.

Expensive all inclusive was not all inclusive. The restaurants that were good were always booked and we couldn’t use them to eat except once very late. Had a huge water problem in our room and the front desk said it’s normal and said he would send someone up with towels.
