The ocean views, adult pool and bar, beach and service were excellent. Room was spartan but very clean. Food was fine. You can’t beat the views and oceanside experience for the price. Would definitely go back.

Friendly, fun hotel that was extremely clean with fantastic food, amazing amenities, drinks, and truly outstanding staff. Honestly, the only complaint I can make is that the pillows were much too soft. From the lobby’s fresh-made waffles and on-demand specialty coffees to the constant activities (always clearly listed), we felt very safe here and our kids absolutely loved everything. The kids’ zone staff were incredible. We stayed over Christmas and the hotel went all out — including Santa and the Grinch arriving on the beach and treats for the kids. It was such a special experience. The staff here are beyond friendly. Huge shout-outs to the bar staff — Double Double, Kalusha, and Miguel. Miguel didn’t even need me to order; he saw me and immediately started making my vodka water. The staff genuinely get to know their guests and truly care. Lia made amazing smoothies, waffles, and ice cream, and she was so wonderful with the kids. There’s a great shallow pool area for kids, with ledges where parents can sit in the water. There is also an adults-only area, which we didn’t get to explore much, but it looked fantastic. The resort has a beautiful pier with a swing — perfect for activities, evening walks, and photos. They offer poolside and beachside cabanas with adjustable covers to block the sun. There are awesome bars and a beach dance area with live bands and even a violinist. Lunch includes fresh-made pizza you can grab and go, which was very convenient. The beach views a

I am very disappointed in this hotel. The room is horrible. The AC was so loud I couldn’t sleep and it didn’t cool the room adequately. The temperature stayed at 24 degrees! We had 3 guests and only were given two towels for the shower no face cloths. The music by the pool was obnoxious. There are not enough loungers by the pool.. and what few there were, had people’s things strewn all over them so you couldn’t use them. I stayed only 1 night and checked in somewhere else the next day. Also there were Pigeons everywhere including inside the restaurants ATM on site didn’t work. Hotel would not give me a refund for two nights that I didn’t stay. I immediately requested a partial refund only an hour after I checked in and was told I had to contact Expedia. Expedia took 24 hours to get back to me only to tell me the hotel refused a refund. Save yourself a ruined trip and go somewhere else.

El hotel mas sobrevalorado de la vida. Pagué 5mil pesos por noche por un hotel de 2 estrellas. Por ese precio encuentras hoteles de verdad de 5 estrellas. Es mas, por 2mil pesos más puedes pagar un hotel de lujo en Punta de Mita. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba nada. Nos dieron la habitacion con el baño sucio. La comida del todo incluido super x. La habitacion dividida por una puertita chafa.
