The hotel is in the heart of the romantic zone, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was not super helpful, for example, we walk to the beach and they didn't tell us that we had to procure the towels from them so we had to go back. They advertise that they have some lounge chais and umbrellas at the beach however, they belong to the restaurant on the beach and they only allocate literally six lounge chairs, which is clearly not enough for all the people staying in the hotel. We had to pay the restaurant to rent the lounge chair, so don't get deceived, there are no beach amenities provided by the hotel.

We booked a double bed and thought everything was good until we arrived. This was a trip I was proposed on ana they only had a room with two single beds available.. we were fuming. The staff were not accommodating and one guy in particular was really hard to deal with. The room was tiny and honestly we could’ve gotten a better room in a hostel. They then said they had a room in two days. We agreed to switch after not being able to find a different hotel. There was a constant sewage smell in the room as well as cockroaches and bugs.. this was the worst hotel experience we’ve had and will not be booking here again.

All the staff are very friendly and courteous. The room is older but the staff keep it very clean. There are no comfortable chairs in the room or on the balcony. We had the ocean front family suite with a beautiful view, but nothing comfortable to sit on! Beach. Chairs annd umbrellas are advertised for on the beach BUT there are only 8 chairs for the whole hotel. You have to be sure to get down early to grab a chair or else pay 500 pesos to rent from the restaurant.

During a full week stay, use of beach lounge chair "rules and times" kept changing depending on who you asked and we never had use for more than a couple hours. The 5th floor deck could use more than two lounge chairs for sunning. Hotel and beach restaurant management are not coordinated. Overall, a good hotel for the price but with a few customer service and maintenance changes it could be very good.

The room was facing the street and was extremely noisy. It needs urgently a renovation. Location is great but you won’t relax in this kind of units, maybe if you face the ocean is another thing but the ones on the back are terrible and old.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. We had an ocean front room on the 3rd floor and it had a perfect view. We used the outdoor kitchen to make a few meals and had coffee on the deck every morning. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well and was fairly quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did an amazing job in our room and all around the property. We stayed for ten days and we wished we could have stayed longer.

The staff was fantastic. My view and the location was incredible. I will definitely stay here again. I'm surprised by all of the negative reviews. It's not five star luxury , but has everything you need. It us all about location, location !! Such a relaxing space, thank you to the hotel and staff for a fabulous vacation.
