The people were friendly, and inside the hotel was clean. However, my hotel was booked and we had to move to another hotel across the street which the hotel was not clean. The part that irritated me the most were the room. Daily water cost money and the Expedia brochure says that it is included. Which is it? Would I recommend this hotel, no.

Great property and service. Kind staff and super helpful - all good for families but I would say that there was a problem with check in because the booking that I thought included my two teenagers put them at under 1. I had an absolutely terrible time getting in to Expedia to add to guests and modify my booking. So it took us an hour and a half sitting in the heat not enjoying the all-inclusive to get my two kids to then book and pay much more for them to get into the resort. It was supposed to be very easy, check-in, easy vacation and it was very frustrating so we really had to regroup. I couldn’t get a hold of Expedia and that was terrible for us as a family. I’d like to know what we could’ve done differently and who we could’ve reached to help us. The Toll-free numbers don’t work from Mexico and there is no help on the other end.

Place was old. Had a leak in our room which never got fixed. Limited restaurant options and difficult to make a reservation. Pool area is on the noisy side and not a lot of lounge chairs. Tolerable but when we someone stole our towels and lady was blaming us telling us that we should be keeping an eye out for it instead of apologizing, providing us with new towels and actually finding the culprit. The only positive thing that I can say about this place is the cevicheria and probably the kids pool. Been to Mexico a lot of times and at different resorts, staff at this place wasn’t the friendliest. Will not return to this resort.

Last time we are going there. We were told we had 24hr room service and when i called around 10pm they told me i didn't. I needed to order food for a friend who was feeling sick and they didn't want to help us or accommodate us. They told me the kitchen was closed fir us and only available for gold bracelets.

The hotel was clean and everyone was pleasant. The food was amazing and so many choices! The pool is large and the kids spent most of the time swimming, such a fun time! The beds were comfortable except we found a giant cockroach in our room one day. The cleaners repeatedly also only brought 3 towels everyday even though there was four of us. We tipped extra for another towel and it ws back to 3 the next day. They also didn’t bring toilet paper for the last few days so we were ripping through the facial tissue paper after a bout of food poising (from off resort). Gross hahaha. The room was also way too hot and after i commented on it, the maintenence man came up and fiddled with stuff and said it was fixed...it was not. It was 25-26 even after he left, we just suffered through it. Not ideal but we still had a blast!

The rooms need a lot of remodeling and as well as the main swimming pool. They need to include more variety of food specifically for kids.

Probably one of the worst resorts I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms were nasty. The buffet had a poor selection of food and wasn’t big at all.. entertainment sucked. For what I paid for this resort for seven days, it was not worth even half of it.
