Great staff......friendly and helpful. Very clean property. Rooms are getting a little old.....but are still very clean ! Pool is excellent and the beach is at your doorstep !

Staff were very good. Lineups for buffet meals to service 3 combined establishments were long. The breakfast buffet was ackward trying to get toast and drinks. Meat dishes seemed overcooked as they were likely left overs from previous meals. Was much better when we stayed there 6 years ago. Lineups to check in were ridiculous too and moved very slow. That needs to work better as I saw several people upset with the waits… the lineups for ala carts bookings were just as bad.

I loved my stay at Canto Del Sol. The staff are exceptional as are the facilities - 3 ala carte restaurants as well as the buffet and lunch venues. Also 3 pools and a children's water park. I went with my young grandsons, daughter and son-in-law. My eldest grandson(6) wanted to stay 3 years and was very sad to leave. The rooms are simple. Nothing fancy. The evening entertainment was varied and very enjoyable some of it exceptional. Lovely sandy beach and of course the fabulous Mexican sunsets. I had a wonderful time as did my family. I would certainly go back in a heart beat.
