The AC unit was extremely noisy/rattly. Made it very difficult to sleep. The bathroom sliding door is a nice feature but it’s extremely heavy steel. Hard to open and close for us older folks. Also this is not a quiet hotel, so expect noise from other rooms around you.

Dirty shower, not working tv and no fridge. Only there for one night so didn’t complain lamps weren't plugged in either.

Fair, but Presidential suite not worth the price

I stayed in the Presidential suite. Pros: the room was clean, spacious, bathroom was amazing, and the patio was kind of cool (could have been nicer, but rare to have in a hotel room). Cons: no microwave, fridge had trouble staying closed, tvs did not work, hardly any lighting (had to have an online meeting outside), and snacks were pricey (in a room like that, I'd expect some complimentary refreshments).

I liked the room. Staff was helpful. Clean facilities. Everything worked. Parking was a challenge. Not enough space for everyone staying there. Breakfast served homogenized eggs that were awful.
