The staff were super friendly and professional. The building itself was neat. The room was clean, the bed was firm yet soft, and there was minimal noise. Additionally, the on-site restaurant offered pretty tasty food at reasonable prices.

Everything was great! Room was clean, bright and tastefully decorated! Shower head/pressure was great! Mornings were quiet and pleasant, and the restaurant downstairs was excellent with an amazing and helpful staff. The stafff at the front desk was friendly and helpful! We’ll be back for sure in the near future, and I can’t wait!

Probably one of the worst stays I have ever had. For over a week we requested early check-in and didn’t get into our room until 9:30 PM. While others in our group also requested early check-in and got into their rooms early. We were advised to use the fitness area to change for the wedding we were going to and told that we didn’t need a key pass to get in the fitness area when in fact we did need a key pass. We happen to follow another hotel member into the fitness area so that we could get dressed. We didn’t get the room until 9:30 PM. We didn’t get a pass until almost 11 to put on our car, and then we didn’t have enough towels in the room. We requested more towels in the morning and never got them. When we checked out we told them how disappointed we were and no apologies were ever given. Nothing was compensated. We even requested a complimentary breakfast and they said they couldn’t do that because the food and drink were separate. Overall disappointing!

Breakfast menu was sparse, but the food was good. Prices seemed high for what you got. Also, you have to pay for parking now? It's only $10 but that's new. Kind of a bummer. People at the front desk seemed a little hectic, probably not their fault, but I had asked for a mini fridge before check-in and I had to request it three more times before we got one. My wife and I got married here when it was still Nylo, and we come back every year around our anniversary. Since Loom has taken over, things have changed. It wasn't a bad stay, but a lot of the charm that made Nylo special is gone. While it was never a cheap hotel, it's gotten more expensive for what feels like less of a worthwhile stay.
