Room and facility was clean. Very comfortable bed and good size room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was good. Bagels, muffins, eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt, pancakes, coffee and juices. Would have liked half and half but only so cremora. Could hear some outside traffic as the hotel is on a busy road but wasn't bad based on our room being further in the back. May be problematic if on roadside of hotel. Would stay there again

We departed before breakfast was available. But, the check in was efficient and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. And Chello's is just a 5 minute walk. Free shuttle service to PVD even at 3:45am!

The room was in good shape except the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned or swept. I saw hair from previous customer. Also, after going to brkfst and returning to room, I was missing 2 Hallmark greeting cards and a pack of cigarettes and lighter.
