The tub didn't hold water. We got a room with tub room357 and couldn't enjoy it. The toilets are very low to ground. We got back to room at 2am to use the tub that didn't work. The front desk said we should have called at 2am and could have moved room. We just went to bed. Who wants to move in middle of night. They couldn't do anything for us because we booked through a 3rd party.
