My only complaint are about the pillows. The pillows were flat, uncomfortable and for some odd reason there were three pillows per bed instead of four. Every thing else was great!

The housekeeping was not done on our first day, possibly due to us leaving the room late. On the second day I specifically asked the housekeeper to clean the room. There was a wrapper that I dropped under the desk when we left the room. It was still there when we came back even though the beds had been made and towels had been replenished.

All of the staff members were excellent, including at the restaurant. We just didn’t feel the quality of food at breakfast was as good as it was in the past I wouldn’t mind paying more for better quality food. We were very happy overall with everything at the hotel. We did find that the mattresses were a little bit harder than we normally prefer but that is an individual preference. We would definitely stay there again. It’s a very clean hotel and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
