Jose G , the cook was very friendly . Didn't like that we had to pay for the parking, should have been included. At the very least, front desk could have been in charge of having it payed while checking in. The app for it was very confusing and not user friendly.

I made a reservation through Expedia for a trip to San Antonio. I booked air, car, hotel and travel insurance. I slipped and fell on the ice and had to cancel the whole trip. I contacted Expedia January 2 through chat and cancelled the trip. Expedia gave my Amex number to the hotel. I did not give permission to Expedia to give out my Amex. The hotel charged me for the room and it was an excessive price of $171. I am disputing the charge via Amex.

This is my second stay at embassy suites airport in the last few months - each time I had. To sleep wrapped in bath towels because the beds are infected with fleas - your hotel people are not washing the mattesss covers and maybe not even the bed spreads after each use - people sleep with their dogs abd infest the beds - you have a. Problem that u did not have after abd durjng covid - you have become lax abd what u charge I expect a good nights sleep
