Room was very noisy and small for 4* hotel, the facilities in the room were inadequate, only 1 chair for a triple room, 4 hangers for a week stay, lack of wardrobe or bed drawers, no sofa or anywhere to sit apart from beds, TV above a small children bed (even small for a 4 years old, bed that is hooked under a desk.. so plenty head bangs). Impossible to watch TV because there is nowhere to sit. Lack of proper bar or proper restaurant, bought using the breakfast area space, which is small and tables too close to each other.

Clean, quiet and well appointed hotel, located between two Metro stations.Easy access from and to the airport via Metro from the nearby Trinidad station. . Efficient check in by friendly reception staff. Walking distance to Balhao Market, many cafes and restaurants as well as a supermarket. I would happily stay at this hotel on any future visits to Porto.

Would highly recommend for the central location. We had a nice quiet room (409) which was clean although had a humorous toilet which made noises when sitting on it (needs some adjusting but made us giggle for the weekend!). 8 euro for a 2ltr bottle of water not so good but perhaps thats hotel prices (although was offered for free the night before).

Central location. Clean rooms and bathroom. We asked our rooms to be changed being on the 1st floor overlooking the loud main cobbled road and it took 4 attempts until a helpful lady finally took the time after night one to help us do this. The roof-top bar was also closed for the duration despite the weather on the Thursday & Friday being superb. This was the main reason we booked the hotel, and were disappointed that we were fobbed off with excuses, when it was most likely staff shortages. On our return we felt it would be fair to get a portion refunded, having spent more than if we had booked a hotel without a rooftop bar, we emailed the hotel twice, and no-one bothered to get back to us, even if only to apologise!

The staff is kind and the location is good. The air conditioning does not work well even though we asked for help a few times and the room was quite warm and stuffy.

Clean rapacious room for being in Portugal. Friendly staff. Amazing rooftop terrace with views. Preferred a better location but still walkable to shops and restaurants within 15 min at least. Our train arrived at 10am, we were expecting to drop off luggage. Upon arrival, the rooms were ready, but they charged a 10 euro fee for early check in— I feel that’s the only main cons for the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel.

Very nice hotel with breakfast. It had a rooftop bar that offered wonderful views. We liked that the doors locked at night to get in so you had to use your key to enter. The only tiny problem is that the hotel is located in the residential part of Porto. It was only a 20 minute walk to the beginning of all the action so it wasn't horrible but after a day of walking up and down those hills for 15 km., those last few blocks to the hotel were looong. :)
