We had an amazing stay at Bloom House. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The location is very walkable to all of the areas we wanted to visit. Communication, before and during our stay, was excellent. Always prompt and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We can't wait to come stay again.

The front desk lady that works in the evening and night shift has a manner and disrespectful to costumers. They also charge extra. Make sure to get the receipt on last day

The location was outstanding. A lot of sites are within walking distance. The staff was wonderful. They sent me very helpful instructions on how to arrive there by metro from the airport in advance of my stay, and even offered to schedule a taxi to pick me up from the airport. They promptly responded to my inquiry regarding the breakfast, which was great by the way. The beds were very firm, which is my preference. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.

It was clean and quiet and even smelled good! Right on a quite-busy street but my room was in the back and it was as quiet as could be. Everything except the bathroom is small — I had to turn sideways to skootch past the bed in the bedroom but the bed itself was great — the bathroom, the kitchenette, the living area: all wonderful. Small but really really nice. Wonderful location. Staff super kind.

The hotel is in a convenient location. It is walkable to almost all tourist attractions. The staff Sophie is very friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed Room#302. It’s a very beautiful room with balcony. We will definitely stay in the same hotel when we visit Porto again.
