This is a great CLASSIC old hotel full of history and stories and RIGHT in the middle of the Bohalo district. Close to almost everything. We took tram- subway directly from airport than an EASY downhill walk 1 block to hotel. Staff was helpful and amazing. I would stay again in a heartbeat!!

The staff was friendly upon check-in. We had a room on the 3rd floor which was quite small for 2 people and had a terrible and strong chemical odor due to construction of the 4th floor which made me sick. I didn't smell the odor on Sunday but smell it immediately on Monday and again felt nausea and it gave me a terrible headache. I informed the front desk and was moved to another room on a separate floor. No apologies was given. Besides that issue everything else was excellent. Its a beautiful hotel and clise to many shops and Café including majestic Café. No access to the gym or roof deck because of the construction. My son loved the decor.
