Room dirty.furniture with broken/missing handles. Terrible smell in dark dank hallways bags of refuse lining hallways. Sheets were on bed in wrong manner (top sheet on sideways) when trying to fix we saw the mattress was dirty with what looked like possible bugs and/or residue . Food (popcorn kernels) stuck in mattress crevice . All this was pointed out to management including showing him the photos. His response was that the sheets covered the mattress implying there was no issue. We could not spend the night and lost the room fee of 245.00. Totally unacceptable conditions

Breakfast was better than most free breakfast options. Hotel had a chemical cleaner smell in the hall way which was unappealing for us. Room was clean and comfortable but towels were tiny and thin.

Trash 35 gallon trash can outside the hotel entrance was overflowing with trash. Bathroom sink faucet was not attached to the vanity. Shower floor was filthy and stained. Shower curtain had large mildew stains. Carpet was filthy and didn’t look like it had been vacuumed.
Sink faucet is just sitting on the vanity top. It isn’t attached.
Nope. Not going to take a shower here!

The hotel room was grimy with discolored carpet and dust/dirt build up on ledges. “Decorative” pillow on bed was also discolored and added to the lack of cleanliness. Overall musty smell. Was rated 7+ but closer to a 5/6.

Pro: rooms were clean, breakfast had some good options. Beds were comfortable. The fruit was delicious and fresh. A second toaster would have been a great addition to the breakfast area. Con: The rooms looked much bigger than the pics. There is no fitness room which is pretty standard in most hotels. It is more of a motel but at a hotel price.

Room was clean and basic. Sink definitely needed an upgrade. Arrived at 6 pm - for a 3 pm check in - room was not ready. Were told we had to wait. When we got our room it was right next to the breakfast room and the front desk. Outside the window was the outside fire pit /recreation area. The noisy rec area was shut down by 10 pm. In the meantime we had to keep our curtains closed. Discovered how loud the microwave was as it was used throughout the night and in the early morning. The constant ding was an absolute disgrace. All in all a hotel we will it be returning to …ever. Very unsatisfactory stay.
