When you enter a Property and 2 workers chatting! 1 says yo the other I can't get into the Bathroom where I was,I left my Phone! I banged and Banged,someone is in there because door is Locked,Front Desk Man and Her say probably 1 of the MEXICAN that work here and Can't not speak English ( are you serious) big establishment like this and this is how you talk about other People of other nationalities that work with you!! She lifts up her jacket (sweater) off counter and behold sits her Cell Phone! I reply I guess it was not that non speaking Mexican was it!! All Quiet ,She Replies I'm just a Stupid White Woman!!! Unbelievable Wow!!

Doesn't seem like management is on top of things.

Very convenient location and good amenities for the price. Individual staff all friendly. But two bad experiences that are on management. I checked the scan code on the desk for a list of amenities and it said restaurant open until 10pm. At 8:40 I went to fitness center and arrived at restaurant at 9:05 only to be told they closed at 9 and the waitress had been trying to get management to get their web page corrected for 2 months. I could have easily altered my schedule if I'd been given correct information. In the morning I went to check out and only one person at the desk and she was on the phone and she didn't even acknowledge me after I waited several minutes. I looked around for a key dropoff and none existed. This is an airport hotel. I had a plane to catch.
