Hyatt stay

My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt for our two year anniversary. It is a very nice hotel from the exterior and the lobby. We rented a king size room and it was very clean and appealing. The AC unfortunately blows directly on the bed and can be very dry/cold while sleeping. My part of the mattress was sunken in with a large divot and caused me to toss and turn all night. Overall, our stay was good, however I would recommend diverting the AC in a different direction and updating their beds.

The building stands out like a sore thumb. Maybe deviate a bit from the Hyatt materials/color template when expanding into similar historical neighborhoods. Missed opportunity for a signature hotel.

Stains on pillows and towels. Door wouldn't close unless pushed hard, metallic sounds coming from ac, no amenities like pool or water fill station, bathroom partially remodeled, valet changed seat settings and had radio blasting, bars and dispensary across street, homeless and needles found on the street outside.
