We had to evacuate the hotel twice in the middle of winter while being here for a fire alarm caused by the dust from the construction. When asked about compensation we were given a rude response from Jim who then fought with us about why he wouldn’t give us any discount on the room. The breakfast here is not free btw but they did at least refund it for us as some sort of compensation after fighting with us about that as well. The location is good but terrible customer service from management. The rest of the staff was delightful though

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was within walking distance to restaurants and shops. There is some construction going on but not an inconvenience or disruptive. Overall, nice hotel with great location.
