Property was very clean and comfortable! The breakfast was great! Food was very good and dining area kept very clean! My only issue was at check in.. I walked in and there were two clerks dealing with other people. Understandable, but there were 3 people ahead of me with issues. Neither clerk acknowledged me or greeted me when I walked in. I stood there almost 30 minutes while the other clerk stood there looking at her computer with no customers. She didn’t bother to even look at me or acknowledge me. A simple smile or we will be right with you would have been nice. I would go back for the convenience of a clean and comfortable hotel and the fact that the wonderful breakfast and free airport shuttle service. The check in part really upset me, as being ignored was a big minus.

I've stayed here many times and it's become my favorite PDX hotel. The breakfast is terrific, the room large and clean, the front desk staff professional and friendly, the van drivers are all great, and the pool is clean and relaxing.

Perfect location and services for a long layover in Portland. Very good communication about airport shuttle and was to/from airport in 5 minutes. And very accommodating with our beds and room request so we were all very comfortable.

Very close to the airport, 5mins away. Shuttle must be arranged by calling the hotel front desk as they have a single van, driver on duty. It runs every half hour when operating.

I was rejected on site after booking and paying via Expedia simply for not having a physical card. Supposedly physical is required for an incidental deposit. No thanks to the hotel or Expedia for letting me know this in advance before hopping on a late night plane. Holiday inn didn’t think so and took my apple payment just fine.
