I’ve stayed here before and it’s always been decent and pet friendly when I bring my dog. It’s significantly less expensive than other local hotels at busier times of the year. This time I had a couple issues the shower head was broken. The coffee maker was a cheap off brand k-cup. The new owner no longer offered free water in the lobby. The biggest issue was I booked through Expedia not knowing the room was in a separate building down the road and in a construction zone, the room itself was as good if not better but the location was inconvenient and not walkable to the nice restaurant on the premises.

Nice simple and clean hotel. Staff were helpful and room was spacious. This is an older hotel that has been nicely renovated and very good value for money. No breakfast at the hotel but the cafe beside it does great food for a very good price. Recommend this place if you are looking for a nice hotel at a great price.

The room had no coffee, Kleenex, or hair dryer. Went to the front desks asking for these items but never delivered. One elderly front desk person thought I was complaining about the smoke detector! Anyway, other than those items the room was clean and comfortable

The room even tho it seemed to be renovated still needed attention. The tile floor was not clean, glad I had flip flops. The curtains had mildew spots on them. The cleaning staff did provide plenty of towels, shampoo, etc. Although my sister who was in a different room asked for an extra pillow and was told "no". The outside had boards laying around, numerous lights in the parking lot were broken and/or not working. The dog waste disposal can was full and overflowing. The gardens needed attention. It did not provide a very welcoming feeling when we drove in. There was no breakfast offered, not even something packaged to go. There was a restaurant on premise, but eating there once was more than enough. We stayed 6 nights, we won't return to this location.

Our room was located in the building behind the old Muddy Rudder smack in the middle of construction. Our ground floor room was surrounded by no less than 5 rooms all which had dogs that barked all day and night every time you left your room or opened a door. Our room was clean however the toiletries in the bathroom were very obviously used as the conditioner container was nearly empty and two tissues left in the tissue box. The party above us the second night pretty much sealed the deal we won’t be back. Do better Bet Western…

The room door was damaged wouldnt shut they had to come work on it. The trash container outside is in the way of the handicap ramp.the ramp to go in the office was terrible the staff was very courteous The shower was dirty and the tv kepted shutting off the lady employee that came to my rm and was swearing about the door
