Unit 62 is one of the larger units in the estate and is located on the first floor. There are filtered water views to Little Beach from the large balcony.
The air-conditioned living area is filled with natural light and provides a great array of entertainment for the children with Wifi, DVDs, books and toys. There is also a flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod dock and highchair available. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher, microwave and all cooking facilities, family size fridge and freezer and a gas BBQ with side burner wok on the balcony.
Three great sized bedrooms with the main bedroom providing an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity, second TV with built in DVD player, ceiling fan and access to the balcony so the natural sea breeze comes flowing through.
The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, separate toilet and separate vanity area and the bonus of having an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer ticks all the boxes. There is parking for two vehicles at the complex with one being in the undercover secure carpark and one-off streetcar space.
Bay Parklands is a family friendly complex with a solar heated pool, spa, tennis court, established gardens and plenty of grass areas for the kids to play. A quick two-minute walk and you're at Little Beach where the waters are calm and perfect for children to swim, picnic area, free BBQ facilities, kids playground and the boat ramp.
