The staff were polite and professional. The hotel, room and pool were clean and well lit. The pool has lots of natural lighting. The breakfast area was comfortable and enjoyable. The bathtub in the bathroom was deep and relaxing. There was ample parking spaces. The breakfast oatmeal had nice toppings, including: walnuts, coconut flakes, cinnamon, flax seeds, honey, and more. The negatives: the main doors to enter the hotel to go to the front desk were broken and blocked off. The layout of the building to the front desk is awkward. The pool is way too cold. It was fine for the kids, but after 15min their lips were purple. The kids could tolerate playing in it for 30min max and then they wanted to get out and warm up. The complimentary breakfast only had 1 main source of protein, which was walnuts to go on your oatmeal. Other protein was an option, but you had to pay $8.00 per person.

Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. I am surprised by the layout and deco style of the lobby very impressive. It doesn't look that grand from outside but when you stepped inside you will be very much surprised by it.

The heater was loud all night long. When i called the front desk they offered to have someone come in at 1 am??? The worst hotel. The staff are clueless, i asked one of them and he said he gets paid under the table and management wont do anything- no wonder.
