Very clean and quiet location. Internet very intermittent. No lift and have to carry luggage up stairs. TV controller only worked intermittently. Reception open limited hours.

Very conveniently located for us and rooms were a perfect size. Only downside was the car parks are extremely tight for larger cars, it didn’t appear that the floor had been mopped and the toilet smelt of wee.

If we are not told we can not attempt to make things right for you. Our reception staff are very approachable. Yes some of the car parks are for smaller cars but there are many parks that are for larger vehicles.
