Staff was friendly and helpful. 1. Tv didn’t work in the first room 2. Room had a weird smell 3. They didn’t make the bed (it would be nice to know so I could ask for extra towels) 4. The elevator was not working the next day I guess it broke down 5. Someone knocked on our door the first night but no one was out there was kinda scary and 6. When I was leaving someone wanted to go get inside from the side door but you need a code. The guy was carrying a crack pipe. So, so overall I couldn’t sleep because I had my daughter and my mom with me. I didn’t feel so safe or comfortable.

We got a 2 queen bed room. Walked in the room and went in to the bathroom it was dirty, pubic hair on the tube along with a razor cap. Looked like it wasn't swept. The shower was missing a curtain. Requested another room the clerk was helpful and friendly. The second room looked like it has not been swept. Walls were filthy. Service was friendly. Rooms were dirty.

Good experience

Our experience in this hotel overall was good. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean. The pool was very fun and it was great to be swimming in a 7 foot pool. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that they advertise a "buffet breakfast" but its not. Its a continental breakfast.

When I arrived, I had my concerns because it was tucked in behind another hotel out-of-the-way, but it turned out to be a shining facility on top of the hill. Guys smoking pot just outside the pool. Corridor to the rooms was hot and smelled nasty. The room was tidy but not clean. Under the bed was gross. The bathroom was nasty. The tub had black and pink mold/ mildew growing around the edges. That A/C barely kept the room cool and was loud. I can’t blame the hotel for the people that were staying there, but it was a lot of construction workers and guys with gang tattoos. (Literally).

I like the location - right off CA 99 and accessible to where I wanted to travel in Tulare. Overall, I found my stay to be pleasantly quiet, appreciated the WiFi access and sidewalks for early morning or later evening walks. The staff whom I met were courteous and professional.
